National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers, Commercial Finance Expo (NACFB CFE)
Background & Brief
Having worked with NACFB and R&R Events previously on CFE, they were looking to make the best use of the space and further incorporate the NACFB brand throughout the event.
Delivery
David Warwick, our Managing Director, sat down with the client and worked through what was currently missing from the event, and some design options. David designed a bespoke Members Pavilion, to sit between the expo and the plenary, offering VIP delegates comfortable quiet space to network, meet and catch up on work. A circular truss frame was used, with an overhead layer material canopy and soft lighting. Client and Sponsor logos were incorporated throughout the space – from the graphic panel walls, to the frosted glass tables and reception counter. The space proved very popular, filled for most of the event.
For the main exhibition the client requested strong branding. In order to achieve this we replaced all of the shell scheme fascia’s with custom green boards, and had circular name boards printed to sit over these. Alongside the carpet and overhead branding these changes really ties the whole exhibition together.
Result
The CFE Event 2015 was a huge success, and all changes were met with glowing reviews. When working on the same event annually we have seen how important it is to support a client growing and making positive changes. By having a debrief after each show we are able to take on important feedback and support the client going forward to ensure on going success and longevity for the show.
“Just a little email from Ruth and I regarding the event yesterday, we often discuss things to be improved and things to change but actually there was a lot to shout about this week, we feel it would do us all good to focus on whilst we wallow in glory over the weekend!!!
The build for the show really was something to be proud of, the team did a fab job on site.
The show looked good… I hope that everyone got back safely and enjoyed the event as much as we did.”
