Material Transfer

Priced per movement to a venue on the Regional Roadshow.  Price covers up to 6 x standard boxes and 1 x standard roller banner.  Box Dims W25cm x H33cm x D24cm.  Banner W1m.  Items will be stored by us between venues.  

Price is per movement to each venue.  For example if you are attending all venues, you need to add 7 of these to the basket.   Attending two venues add two of these into the basket. 

Exhibitors are responsible for shipping their items to our holding warehouse. Orders must be placed by Friday 15th May 2026. Goods must boxed and clearly labelled for every show.  They must be received in our warehouse no later than Wednesday 20th May 2026.  Movement to and from our warehouse is NOT covered in this price.  Once the roadshows have completed any remaining items must be collected or they will be destroyed.  Once booked via the online portal we will contact you with the relevant follow up documentation and process.   NO DIGITAL ITEMS such as laptops can be moved.
