Welcome to Warwick Event Services, we are extremely excited to be the official exhibition partner for ICC Belfast.
We are a full-service provider for exhibitions throughout the UK and can offer a range of accessories to enhance the look and feel of your stand. We are also able to offer full scale logistics support to ensure your exhibition items are ready for you when you arrive.
The Exhibition will be held from the (date) at the ICC Belfast.
All shell scheme stands will be built from Octonorm shell scheme. It will be fitted with white foamex boards to form the walls, as well as a 500w single socket and stand lighting.
We also offer additional opportunities to enhance your stand, increase footfall, and market your brand via our online store.
Warwick are able to provide bespoke space solutions, offering a complete service from exhibition stand design to installation. We will work with you to enhance your stand and to showcase your business at the next level.

We are able to offer UK based and International logistic services for ICC Belfast 2020. Below are the services we are able to offer:
We are able to offer material transfer of your exhibition items to and from the venue via our advanced warehouse. Once we receive your items we will store these at our warehouse, ship them to the venue and transport to your stand ready for your arrival. At the end of the exhibition, we will collect your items from your stand and hold them at our warehouse ready for collection.
We are able to offer both national and international collections of your exhibition items or materials from your premises, storage before and after the event, delivery of your items to your stand ready for your arrival and returning your items to a specified destination post exhibition.
Warwick offer storage of empties during the exhibition, Warwick will collect your empty packaging once you have unpacked, store them during the live show and return to your stand ready for you to repack at the end of your exhibition.
